En la región se encuentran las monumentales Puertas de Brand por el noroeste, la Puerta de Munster del lado oeste y la Puerta de Francia, la más antigua de todas, estas permiten el acceso al gentil centro histórico.
Por medio de la Puerta de Francia se entra a la Place Turenne, la plaza principal y sin duda una de las más bellas y donde se encuentra la Oficina de Turismo. Con su arquitectura del siglo XVIII, en esta plaza se percibe una estética única de cuento de hadas que te brindará una calma absoluta.
Saliendo de la Oficina de Turismo, está la calle principal y la más turística de Turckheim, la Grand'Rue. Siguiendo con la mágica estética de la plaza, aquí se encontrarán más ejemplos de la característica arquitectura alsaciana que define tanto a esta zona, enmarcada de casas y demás construcciones llenas de vividos y hermosos colores con entramados de madera.

In the region, you can find the monumental Brand Gates to the northwest, the Gate of Munster on the west side and the Gate of France, the oldest of them all. These gates allow access to the nice historic center.
Through the Gate of France, you enter the Place Turenne, the main square and undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and where the Tourist Office is located. With its 18th century architecture, in this square you can perceive a unique fairy tale aesthetic generating a calm atmosphere.
Leaving the Tourist Office, you’ll find the main and most touristic street of Turckheim, the Grand Rue. Continuing with the magical aesthetics of the square, here you will find more examples of the characteristic Alsatian architecture that defines this area, timber framed houses and other buildings full of vivid and beautiful colors with half-timbered structures.
